2010 CTAV EXPO and Training Conference

The 2010 EXPO and Training Conference will be held August 17th and 18th (Tuesday and Wednesday) at the  Fredericksburg Civic Center. Look back for further information.

CTAV will be accepting Association membership fees at the same time as paying for your EXPO conference fees. One time, less hassle.

2010 Brochures will be in the mail soon. 

• EXPO will be held at the Fredericksburg Civic Center on Wednesday, August 18 from 1 to 5 p.m.
• Vendors can set up Wednesday from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
• All training sessions will be held at the host hotel.
• Annual Meeting will be a Luncheon on Wednesday, August 18 from 11:55 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.
• Host Hotel: Fredericksburg Hospitality House, Conference Rate: $75 plus taxes, 540-786-8321, 2801 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA.  Reservations are being accepted.  Please ask for the Community Transportation Assoc. - CTAV is the "code"
