Secured by GeoTrust Beginning this year, CTAV Association dues and EXPO registration are due at the same time and can be paid for with this form. All attendees must complete the membership section at the same time as the EXPO registration.

One person from each company MUST PAY FOR CTAV MEMBERSHIP DUES below when registering for the EXPO.
